To take advantage of Bandcamp's 24hr Covid-19 March 20th 2020 artist-support fundraiser (daily.bandcamp.com/features/bandcamp-covid-19-fundraiser), Half-handed Cloud is debuting the full original demo for 2005's "Thy Is A Word & Feet Need Lamps," + bonus tracks!

"Bible Verses..." was mostly recorded late 2000-early 2001 on ¼" 8-track reel-to-reel tape in Knoxville, TN and mixed to mini-disc(!). Originally included on "Bible Verses...," track #13's "Even The Sparrow'd Be Arrowed" ended up on 2002's "We Haven't Just Been Told..." scooped up for that album before "Thy" was made.  The "Disaster Will Come Upon You" demo dates from 2003, recorded on 4-track cassette in Berkeley, CA.  Additionally, there are two roughly-mixed versions of "Thy Is A Word..." songs (with alternate drums by members of WHY?).

Of course, the actual Asthmatic Kitty Records-affiliated, official version of "Thy Is A Word & Feet Need Lamps" is still available on Bandcamp here:
